1. Commercial Relationship & Scope

By accessing, browsing, or placing an order on Digiproducts by StatusMp4 (“StatusMp4”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), you expressly acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Policy & Warranty Guidelines, and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not create orders or submit payments.

2. Independent Reseller & Trademark Disclaimers

StatusMp4 operates exclusively as an independent digital procurement facilitator and reseller of digital accounts, license keys, and creator tool subscriptions. StatusMp4 is an independent entity and is not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with any third-party software provider, platform, or trademark owner (including, without limitation, OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Microsoft, Adobe, Canva, Midjourney, or any other trademark owner). All product names, trademarks, and registered marks remain the exclusive property of their respective owners.

3. Canonical INR Pricing & FX Convenience Representations

All commercial product prices across StatusMp4 are established and calculated in Indian Rupees (INR ₹) as the sole canonical base currency. Any prices displayed in United States Dollars (USD $) or United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED د.إ) are customer convenience representations calculated using fixed display divisors. All checkout settlements, order balances, line totals, and refund determinations are executed in canonical INR.

4. Manual Payment Verification & Reference Submission Rules

StatusMp4 operates a verified manual payment review workflow. Submitting a Unified Payments Interface (UPI) Transaction Reference Number (UTR) or payment reference through our checkout portal does not constitute proof of payment receipt or an automated confirmation of purchase.

5. Delivery Channels & Customer Obligations

Digital product access credentials, invite links, or license keys are delivered to the communication handle specified by the customer during checkout (either Telegram via our verified bot or WhatsApp). The customer is strictly responsible for providing an active, accurate, and accessible phone number or Telegram account. StatusMp4 is not liable for delivery failures or credential interception resulting from incorrect contact details entered by the customer.

6. Replacement Warranty & Refund Gating

Because digital credentials and account logins are irrevocable once dispatched, completed digital product purchases cannot be returned, cancelled, or refunded to bank accounts. All valid issues are resolved via our Refund & Warranty Policy. Customers experiencing access issues must submit a claim within the verified warranty duration specified on the product at checkout.
